Weekend Recap

Our weekend was busy and relaxing!

Friday night Brian, Declan, and I went to Bair's (a local spot in Republic) for dinner.  The food is good and if Declan gets loud, it isn't a big deal.  We also love going there because there is always someone we know.

Saturday, Declan, DeeDee, and I went to lunch at Tea Bar and Bites (so delicious!) with some of my HS girlfriends and their moms.  It is always fun to catch up and spend time with each other.

Saturday evening we went to our friends' house for a BBQ.  We got to play games and visit.  It was a nice way to end our summer before school starts up this week.

Sunday, we got to spend time with the uncles and aunts.  Andrew and Kelsey came over for lunch and then Grant and Tanya came over after.  It is always nice visiting and Declan loves spending time with them.

Sunday afternoon we went over to my parents' house for some lemon cake and quality time.

Sunday evening we went over to our good friends the Trueblood's house for another BBQ.  It is so nice spending time with friends, we just can't get enough!!

We were so busy, I didn't get to finish all my chores, but we would rather spend time with the people we love than doing laundry and cleaning. :)

I am already looking forward to next weekend! :)
